There was a time in my life when I barely recognized myself.

After my divorce in 2018, I found myself starting over in ways I never expected. My children were getting older, the life I had known was changing, and I felt deeply lonely. I knew people, but I didn’t have the kind of connection that makes you feel truly known and supported.

I also knew I couldn’t be the only woman feeling this way. So I did something simple: I invited a few women to lunch. I wasn’t trying to start a business or build a movement. I simply wanted someone to sit with, laugh with, and talk to honestly. But that first invitation opened a door.

That small gathering became the Fabulous Ladies of Naples, a community that eventually reached more than 10,000 women. Over the years, we created more than 1,500 opportunities for women to meet in person, build friendships, and feel less alone.

Through thousands of conversations, I began to understand how many women quietly lose pieces of themselves while taking care of families, building careers, navigating divorce, facing an empty nest, retiring, relocating, or simply moving into a new season of life.

What women were searching for wasn’t just something to do. They wanted meaningful connection, greater confidence, and permission to ask themselves, “What do I want now?” That question changed the direction of my own life, too.

Today, my work has grown beyond bringing women together in one city. Through writing, speaking, coaching, courses, and honest conversations, I help women reconnect with themselves, strengthen meaningful relationships, and intentionally create what comes next.

I don’t have every answer, and I don’t believe reinvention happens overnight. But I know what can happen when one woman decides she is ready to stop disappearing from her own life.
